We go through your call records together and count what actually went unanswered — after hours, mid-job, weekends. Then we put your average job against it, so the figure is yours rather than an industry average off a chart.
If the gap is small, we say so and you have lost twenty minutes. That happens, and we would rather it happen now than after you have paid us.
Bring your call records if you can get at them. Most phone bills show inbound and missed calls by month. If you cannot, we work from what you remember and mark it as an estimate.
You will speak to the person who would run your account. Not a closer who hands you off after signing.
